Petra

Stephen and I had a chance to go see one of the seven wonders of the world..Petra...while some good friends watched the kids. We had a great time and were truly amazed by this fascinating city carved out of the mountains.



This was the treasury in Petra. You may recognize it from the movie, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. We didn't get to go inside, but the outside is really cool!




The monastery in Petra. It was quite the hike up hill to get to the monastery...some people take donkeys, but we decided to walk it. We were very glad when we made it to the top!!!


I found my own cave to move into!
